New Milton store with a good range of high quality, affordable, fresh, meats, fish, fruits, vegetables. Frozen foods, Dairy and Bakery. Popular Brands plus Morrisons own excellent brands. Well stocked shelves. Spotless store with polite, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. What's not to like?
1st time shopping here..I just popped in for a few things. It's OK but I wouldn't use again. It was a bit disappointing as I'm a big fan of Morrisons.. Lidl is so much better..
Great range of product. Tills often well staffed in busy times which other stores could do more to manage. Never a problem getting my shopping. Good bakery too! :
This was their first attempt at a convenience store before they did local. They've tried to cram a full Morrisons into a small supermarket and the result is quite cramped but well appointed, with a bakery, fish & butchers counter. They will nearly always have something to meet your needs even if it's not the exact thing you want. And prices are average for the area. I've never had an issue with the staff either. So it's a really useful general store that i use for all those things you run out of or need in a hurry.
As usual total over priced items in store most staff though Aok but in on the American ride for a big retirement payment

I like going to Morrisons. Better atmosphere than some other supermarkets. Staff are more friendlier too.
Well run little supermarket. Always well stocked, clean and staff helpful. Only dropped a star as often have to wait for someone to help on self service checkouts.
Morrisons generally is one of my favourite stores to buy from. Unfortunately the New Milton branch is quite small and more often than not, do not carry what I need, or if they do, seem to be out of stock due to limited quantities kept on shelves at any one time. Years ago they used to have a rear entrance leading to their car park, but no longer do, so it is quite inconvenient pushing trolleys along the high Street to get to the rear carpark. I have no idea why they removed the best thing about the store. They have very limited car spaces, so it is hit and miss if you can actually park at all which means it is often easier to just go the tesco superstore, where there is ample parking. I wish they could expand their store, as general they are better value than most others, especially tesco.
This one is my local. Pretty much all that I want under one roof. Stock levels seem more reasonable now. Standard shortages of the seasonal stuff from abroad. Easter eggs abound. Great staff, some new members who are extremely helpful and friendly. Busy but all working well. Prices seem to be a little better too.
