Poor Staff Morale 

I shop in Waitrose weekly and today I had a very somber experience, every aisle I entered I encountered staff complaining with each other about their working conditions, management decisions, management all with different communication which appeared to confuse the focus of the team on the shop floor, this was not a pleasant experience as the customer became not the point of focus to which I have never experienced in Waitrose as usually top of their game with every customer. 
However I did have an unusual request for Rose petals and lavender and a manager on the aisle at this point was exceptional and found the petals and lavender for me and took the time to question what I was using the lavender and rose petals for and I was happy to tell her I needed for our new Gin range. So for this manager I give her 5 out of 5 but please sort the moral of team Waitrose Lymington.

Very pleasant staff, cost wise you pay a little extra for better quality food, plus they sell Abernethy biscuits which in my opinion is a good reason to shop there.

Great place big shop variety of things to buy great value all the fresh fish and fresh meat you can imagine!

Whilst the store I shop in stocks a wide range of products in the past 2 months on Saturday and Sunday there  have been a lot of empty shelves.
On emailing the company we were informed  the manager was aware of the problems and is doing  his best to rectify the situation but  still  no different today.
