Young girl on the checkout, rudest most ignorant staff member I've ever met in a Tesco.nGave me a fithly look and when I made enquiry about a meal deal she completely blanked me. I wasnt rude to her so why did she treat me with such distain?nTried to charge me 7 quid then just blanked me when I enquired why.nnDon't normally leave bad reviews but she was vile from the second she served me.nnI'd made a mistake in my selection but in my defense all items stated they were meal deal items on the.nnShe barked that my fruit pot was too big but didn't offer any further help and then when I pointed out they all had meal deal on them she just ignored me and gave me a dirty look again.nnIf this girl hates her job as much as her face suggests maybe she should look elsewhere rather than treating customers like they are an inconvenience.nn12.04 14th of August
Just had help and served by two very helpful gents one was called Liam very friendly and polite helped me find the cakes etc even though he was stocking up. He took the time to help! Please pass on my thanks as he was very friendly Knowledgeable and welcoming.nnI Was served at the till by another lad who was motivated and helpful I didn't catch his name but he served me about 19:15am on the till, he was the only one on the till at the time.nnBoth lads were very customer facing and motivated to go above and beyond there duties.nnPlease reward them for there efforts they are excellent members of staff.nn:
I've been trying to contact the Ulverston Tesco express by ringing the number given on the website. Each time I ring the phone is hung up. I've lost my spectacles and want to ask if they have been found in the store. I'm very disappointed at not being able to contact the store.
Expensive food and a drunk guy smashed the window when I was in store and feared for my life. Glad the police arrested him.
Shopping was ok but the tills were shorthanded and only one staff isnot good enough
