My friend took me here on Friday when we arrived at the Parkdeans Campsite to get our food shopping...I couldn't believe the size of the store and the range of stock they have ....We managed to get all our food and actually saved quite a bit of money on meat deals like 3 for 2 and pasta packs which were cheaper if I bought the bigger pack... School uniforms and lycra shorts are in the 2 for one deal which I was very impressed with... Brilliant store very easy to navigate round and very clean.we usedtbe toilet which was tidy ....
I shop there regularly because it is near to where I live and I have reduced mobility due to heart failure. I usually have to self checkout because there are no manned checkouts as I did today. Two items wouldn't scan. I eventually got some help but I couldn't pay for my shopping because the shop worker had not logged out properly. I had to leave my shopping. I won't be going in again
awful. decided to try the too good to go app.nnhere was my selection.nnSpring onions ready for binnbag mixed chilli going softnbean sprouts.nkigsmill wholemeal breadnfruit kiddy snack packndisgusting almond fake milk.....nn1 soft lemon..... really???nntotal price before reductions £6.80. full value supposed to be £9nnNo, I didn't expect a bag of perfect food, but did expect items I could actually use. certainly won't get a too good to go from here again. shame as usually at other places really good value. Asda, sort it out.... awful
I have litrally only been delivered a bag of onion rings and no food at all and it was the last of my money so I cant buy anything else! asda have a huge range of pizzas and garlic bread and beer so I don't understand how it wasnt possible to substitute my order for some slightly different items and beer rather than leaving me with a bag of onion rings that's cost me a fortune I'm disgusted! and think I should be due compensation for being sat with no food to eat?!
Having shopped at Asda over the years in recent times I go between delivery and click & collect. Myself and the wife regularly have contact with Rob the guy on click & collect at Morecambe who is very helpful and friendly to the customers in all weathers. I found out on my last visit that he has worked a long time at Asda and he should be complimented on his enthusiasm for his role and daily tasks.. Asda take note! A real credit to your business and almost irreplaceable, I suggest you pay him more money and acknowledge his years of dedicated service
