A lot of very grubby and unhygienic staff and if the Manager allows that in public, god knows what happens behind the scenes. Poor stock levels and range. Prices very high and still rising. Shop is run down and has an air of impending doom. Everything's got worse since the Issa brothers takeover. Definitely the lowest ranking supermarket in the area.
Big shout to Nicole in the administration department at Asda for sorting out my refund. I had been unable to get a return refund for over 4 weeks Nicole resolved this in under 25 minutes. Excellent customer service.
As a tourist, I called in here for some essentials and breakfast essentials it was very mixed.nAisle's missed, and nothing seemed to be in the right place.nnI eventually found everything I needed and wanted, I went to the tills, and the girl was fine until I opened my mouth... WELSH! I didn't hear another sound of the girl who served me.
Great store and staff.nLovely and clean, great produce and range of products.nClean car park and petrol station
9.15 am, Saturday 14th September, just had an Asda delivery van driving down Main Street Kirkby lonsdale, window open, swearing and shouting at people. Imagine if this man delivered your groceries
