We managed to get everything we wanted on our shopping list. Very helpful supervisor guided us with the self service conveyor belt as unfortunately there was no checkout person due to sickness. Luckily it was a very quiet Friday evening.
The Toilets are not kept in the most hygienic of conditions considering recent health concerns, despite signatures on boards I question frequencies of cleaning, moving in store the Cafe/Restaurant is very good although recently my experience was rather bizarre, lady serving was acting like she was in a hurry to to get rid of me and my wife which led to her dropping things and generally rushing and huffing and puffing, despite that the food was “OK” good value for its price but perhaps could do with some Heat next time!!. The main store is very good, it’s a typical Morrisons with the usual things and offers, the seasonal aisle was being switched over from Christmas so still some offers available, staff were friendly and no issues in that department at all, considering other stores stock problems this store was well stocked, everything in main store was clean and tidy, security guard was friendly too! 3 stars is an overall score based on the entire experience of the day.
A desperately poor selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, and this was midday on a Tuesday. I had some discount vouchers I was eager to use, but I couldn't find enough fresh produce to redeem them. I had a voucher for a free loaf, but there were none available.
Well laid out store staff friendly and helpful. The lady in coffee shop helps everyone with a cheery smile. We do not have a Morrison where we live this is a great shame as I would be tempted to use it.
Your fruit and veg area is very sparsely stocked and I've heard all the excuses. You need to invigorate your buyers and ensure this area of your store is suitably stocked with a wider and more plentiful supply of quality produce competitively priced.
Untidy & dangerous! - milk spilt & not cleaned up - smelly down that aisle as usual! Really going downhill !
The cafe is amazing staff are friendly and they make sure you get your food to you as soon as they can even if there’s a wait they’ll tell you. Definitely gonna be a regular
12th January the final straw,we arrived at the store at 7.30pm after taking our daughter to work,we are both full time employed working very long hours and after dropping our daughter it is usually the only time we can shop the evening.we started our shop only to be welcomed by empty shelves from fresh bread to chilled food, there was literally more empty shelves than full, when we got half the items we went into for due to no stock my wife accidentally dropped a pint of milk which we offered to pay for,the lady supervisor said no it’s fine and was very nice to my wife.the lady them prompted a elder male worker with bald head and grey hair on the sides made a rude comment about my wife dropping the milk and made here feel uncomfortable,i then said nicely to him whats going on with Morrisons lately everything seems out of stock and lots of empty shelfs,he replied by telling me i should come at a decent hour and not at 7.30pm, we both work long and hard and I believe if your open till 10pm everything you offer in the day should be available early evening,we found the gentleman’s attitude rude and it felt like he was trying to belittle us we made us feel embarrassed,at which i told him we do not wish to proceed with our purchases and we left and went till Aldi which was fully stock,i don’t know whats going on with morecambe Morrisons but since the start of covid your store as really be disappointing and we won’t be returning.
We waited 35 mins had to ask if food fish and chips and curry was ready they brought meal it appeared to have been forgotent it was Cold and in edible the service was more than poor we have eaten in Morrison in other towns and been happy with it
Morrisons seems to be a little bit lost, today , not up to its usual, feeling, a bit tired, staff are always helpful , an nice an clean, and aisle are wide enough to get round with a mobile scooter .
