Went with large group of friends to the arcade, and had a lot of fun! Relatively good, but expected, prices - wish there were much more arcade game options though, as we only stayed for a while because barely anything to play. Photobooth also wasn't working, which was one of the main reasons I went. Barely any staff aroundto help fix malfunctioning machines without tickets in. Prizes available for tickets!
We visited tenpin for my partners birthday and had an OK trip. The bowling itself was great fun although we felt a little overpriced at £15 per person for 2 games and we enjoyed the features of the game board such as being able to take selfies and group shots. It was also easy to order food and drinks through the app by scanning the QR code on the table. My main issues however were that the wrong drinks kept getting brought over mainly bottled beer when I'd ordered pints and also that the table was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned all day - and as staff came and put drinks down on the table none of them took the initiative to clean/wipe the table, we had to ask.
We haven't been bowling in years, mainly because the prices have been insane lately... I understand why, but it's also a bit much for the summer holidays. So when the summer came out, it was a great opportunity to jump in!! We spent £5 per person to get a burger and fries and a game of bowling and what fun did we have the place is so nice these days. Our own private seating area with the lane, and you can be silly and have fun with the computer screens by taking selfies! I loved the fact that you can electronically control which bowler wanted the sides up or down, which made the game flow wonderfully. The staff were great and we ended up staying and. Spending a lot more on drinks and arcades.
Experience is good overall. Bowling is fun, only reason I've given it a lower score is the price and the meal you get. Pretty low quality and value for money. I didn't take a picture of the chicken nuggets but the kids get 4. It's aroud 50p worth of food. Improve food and value for money and this place will be great.
Not been before so didn't have a clue where to book in. It needs a dirty great neon sign for people like me. The lane computer wouldn't work, so we had to get assistance. All in all it was a good game in a great atmosphere.
Love bowling here, three games for a couple for under £50. Can order drinks from the bar or using the website table service. Can get really busy at times so I recommend booking. Absolutely love coming here. The arcade and games are also great if you are waiting for a lane or want to play after bowling. The karaoke is also fun, we hired a room earlier this year at about half 10 at night. Only downside was that the floor was a bit messy due to those who used it before hand, they must have mistaken it for a bin. The member of staff was lovely though and cleared it for us and gave us half an hour extra due to it. The microphone wasn't great though as I believe people were tugging it. So the connection/wire is faulty. Its a shame really but we managed to shout/sing without it. Would like to do it again some time!
Review edited dropped 1 star due to reply I contacted email given with the issue and the same issue nobody has replied after 1 month. Seems customer service is just talk and they are not interested resolving any issue. The kids had a great time disappointed with the laser tag It was great fun but one of my children couldn't get a pack that worked and was told a manger would come speak to me but nobody did. Bowling was the fun but small point we were all squashed together with loads of open lanes free.
Nice place. Efficient bowling mechanism made things seamless. Good range of arcade machines. Food was nice and good range too. But I've taken a star off for slow food service. It took almost 40 minutes to get our burger, by which point we were finished and waiting to go home.
Does what it says in the tin. Better to purchase tickets online than in store. Thursdays are cheaper offers at the moment but they don't tell you when you book if you're in the venue, or at least they didn't with us. Toilets could have for with someone going in to check they were tidy 3 Young girls in there with pregnancy testing kits strewn on the floor and one phoning home as she'd had 2 positive tests. There is also a karaoke room and escape rooms- not sure of the costs of these. You don't get provided with bowling shoes anymore obviously been a while since we last went but make sure you don't wear shoes who's soles are too slippy or you'll wobble when bowling!
Went to the Karaoke room with friends and it was awesome! Definitely need 2 hours as it goes by so fast! Would benefit from air con or a fan as the room is quite small and we were sweating like mad. However, a member of staff did provide us with one when we asked. Could also do with some kind of lock on the door as people kept walking past and opening the door, and we were not drunk enough for that!
