Cinema absolutely freezing - Wrap up warm!
Sound quality good and not over amplified. 
Attended with a wheelchair user. Don't expect any staff to help direct you to disabled facilities or help with holding doors open. Completely oblivious of a wheelchair users needs! Lots of staff around and not busy. 
If you want friendly, helpful, personal service with a smile, try The Light Cinema at New Brighton. Their theatres are kept at an ambient temperature and much comfier seats!

It does a job.. facilities-wise.
YOU and your comrades have to provide the atmosphere.
Do NOT bother with the soulless bar area, as it puts one off drinking.
Food = convenient.
Apologies, because either side of this place you will find a 'leisure' golf venue and a Vue cinema which are actually quite agreeable.

If you disregard the extortionate prices for food its ok. The seats are comfortable enough to fall asleep in if the film is boring.

Never visited before to be honest never new it existed but will defo be returning I reckon with the amount of shops they had.
We went to freedom and I think it's real good value for money.
Hungry horse was disappointing as when we went for food they were out quite a lot of stuff we wanted

Nice retail park and entertainment centre.  It has shops cinema and bowling alley  very clean and tidy but not cheap
