I go here quite a lot with the kids. I have to say that over the past 6 months or so it's gone downhill. The toilets didn't flush and were filthy and there were no locks on the doors. 3 pool cues between all of the tables. No chalk. No white ball on our table. At 1.50 quid a game I expected a little more. This was on Sunday afternoon so it wasn't even really busy. I hope that in the new year they up their game a bit or we're going to have to find somewhere else to hang out.
We went mid week wednesday so it was fairly quiet! Decently priced for both bowling and the pool tables. My only negative is the cleaning was a little lack tables were a bit sticky and had rings from drinks etc and just needed a general sweep as the floors were a bit dirty, even though we went around 11am in the morning and could do with a few more pool cues as there was only 5 spread across a least 7 tables - which wasn't a problem as there were only 2 other tables being used so we shared a cue but definitely would be a problem if it was busy! There didn't seem to be many lighter balls for bowling but not a problem when they're quiet!
Gotta love a bit of Tenpin Tuesday.nI've been coming here with a few mates for years now & it never gets old.nTable tennis is decent here as well.
Probably the cheapest bowling around, decent facilities. Only issue I have is the amount of smaller children unsupervised running around everywhere. Not so much tenpins fault more poor parenting
Touch screen wasn't working so had to get help setting up.nNot enough range of light weight balls for the kids. Reasonably priced. No bowling shoes needed.nLots of people dropping the bowling balls so floor very uneven in places.
