Had a great day today! Haven’t been bowling in years, and me and my family had such a wonderful time! Great fun, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the manager was so kind to my niece. Facilities are clean and tidy, prices for two games of bowling was a bargain we went early on a Sunday morning, which is the best time to go!. Will definitely come again!
Now here is a team who know how to put on a show. Any problems are dealt with promptly. All business's can have a bad day, it will ALWAYS be how you put it right that defines you. Great team, great facilities and all super clean. All staff have a smile on their faces throughout the evening. Huge thank you to Craig, you're an amazing host and you've made our evening here with you guys super special. Thanks to Jake for the opportunity to return. You guys and your team ROCK!!!! We can't wait to come back
Good venue for bowling, has an arcade, bar area and good facilities for a family game
Soft play is a great little area. But the staff take no notice of the parents who are swearing and screaming at their kids and scaring other kids. There was woman changing a nappy on the slide. On the slide. How hygienic.
We enjoyed it was nice to see pins without the string and old fashioned score monitors, but one of the workers was standing around doing nothing a few times we asked for help or food he just grunted and carried on with what he was doing so we had to find another member of staff on two occasions to help but other than that it wasn’t to bad.
Whilst this is still a fun game, the place is absolutely broken. I came over 30 years ago, and I reckon its pretty much never been changed - balls, even the graphics on the screen. The staff are very young and it's really hard to find anyone. The arcade is OK, but the cash machine decided not to give me any cash of course a dial up machine with a very small, green screen
Online price £40 for 3 people and 2 games. Walk-in price for same thing £25 on a week day. Why is the price significantly different? Surely a reserve fee is not £15 extra! The facility is highly outdated for the price.
Food is decent, staff are friendly. Looks a bit run down and didn't like the fact the toilets were locked.
We had a game of bowing and then spent time in the arcade and we had a great time as a family.. Best new year's eve ever
Bowling was good and staff were nice, but the owners are clearly trying to rip people off with food prices. No prices on menu or at the counter. £33 for a burger, wings, nuggets, and fries. DisneyWorld is cheaper!!
