Went midweek with kids lanes booked for 7pm, service very slowly, glasses every where. We had issues with the lanes mid game pressed the lain assists button after 10 mins no one showed up i took a further 10mins for the issue to be sorted. No air conditioning in there it felt like an oven. For the cost i wouldn't recommend.
Excellent party! My son had the best time. Very well organised. The staff went above and beyond especially the manager she was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Great communication through out the party. All the staff were very polite and helpful and were on hand straight away with anything we needed. The best customer service I have experienced at a children's party.nnI had misplaced my car keys and was in a bit of a panic at the end of the party but the manager was so helpful along with the other staff helping me to look and when they were found they helped me take things out to my car. Very much appreciated.nnThe gifts for the birthday child are a lovely touch along with the balloon modelling and in all, very good value for money for the party package.nnGreat job all round and a great party experience.
I went here to play pool with a work colleague. I arrived before my colleague and I walked into the foyer. There was no reception area, just some games machines.nI walked up some stairs and quickly realised that there were some improvements and construction taking place.nBack down the stairs, I did see a sign that I hadn’t initially noticed, that explained the work in progress.nI made my way past the bowling lanes to the bar and ordered a drink. There was a good selection and the bar staff were friendly and helpful.nMy colleague arrived and we played several racks of pool.nThe tables are coin or card operated and were £2 a rack at the time of this review.nThe tables are of reasonable quality and the lighting is adequate.nThe cues were very average, which is understandable. I will bring my own if I visit again. Chalk was in short supply, again, understandable.nThe place got quite loud with music and children but that is to be expected at what is primarily a bowling alley.nI visited to play pool and I appreciate that it is not a dedicated pool hall, so overall I was pleased with the experience.nnAtmosphere was bustling.nnTop notch bar staff it has to be said.
Had my grandaughters10th birthday here today at the new Laser Tag .The staff were absolutely wonderful couldn't fault anything. Lewis went above and beyond to make her party special and run smoothly. Thank you Lewis and all of the staff we had a brilliant time.
This place is well worth the visit, for the overall price. Against other bowling venues, this is a no trainer, especially for larger families. Approx £26 for 4 of us, and for 2 games. No brainer. Pool available too, and mini arcade also. Food is pretty good considering and ordering from the lane, particularly for drinks is pretty quick.
