I love Tempo. Classes are excellent and the teachers are all lovely and very knowledgeable. I can't survive without it as it keeps my back pain in check and was excellent for keeping aches and pains at bay when I was pregnant and for recovering afterwards. Great customer service too. Highly recommend.

My first time ever doing pilates. It's a tempo based Pilates class. Instructions were a bit to fast considering it was my first time. I'll still give it a 4 star because the amenities are great and machine was comfortable

Instructors are brilliant and the classes are great. Fun music. Brilliant facilities and social distancing working well along with great cleaning processes in place. Highly recommend.

Great classes, the teachers are very attentive and the size of the classes are just right, the teachers can attend to each and every one. The team is very helpful with booking classes and are quick to reply with information on packages. Overall great experience!

Heart of our community Tempo Pilates Studio with staff and teachers who know you and care! great music, fun, and it works! gorgeous new changing area with fab showers, you could spend all day here!
