I’ve been going to Tempo for a couple years now and I absolutely love it. These are honestly the only workout classes I’ve ever been able to stick with consistently *in my life.* Now that I’m expecting, Tempo has also become my go-to for keeping fit during pregnancy. The studios are beautiful, the classes are challenging, and the teachers are both fun and considerate. The classes are definitely not cheap, but for how great they make me feel I think it’s entirely worth it.
Great studio - clean and spacious, with enough showers and place to change. The instructors are excellent, you always get personal attention, and they all take the time to check in with you. The classes are challenging and varied, so you never get bored. The pricing is also the best you will find for reformer in Central.
I’ve been going to Tempo for years and I love it. The classes are challenging and while the teachers push you, it’s still really light hearted which makes a great dynamic. The studios are really clean, equipment is well looked after, receptionists friendly… over all it’s an amazing experience and a great work out.
I have been coming to Tempo pilates for over 5 years and it is an amazing studio. It is always clean, has great facilities to shower after class including straighteners and hair dryers. All of the instructors are excellent, reliable and motivating. I would highly recommend
Tempo Pilates Shoreditch is an incredibly nurturing studio. The teachers are all very different in training style and method however this just pushes you to be better each and every class. They all take into account each individual, whether they be new to reformer or a season regular. They also take the time to correct form, suggest an alternative or push you that little bit further. The classes are not only fun but you can see improvements every day and they leave you wanting more and more!
Very good studio! Classes: 10/10, always well structured and the trainers are very attentive and happy to adjust exercises to fit you better. It’s amazing that the classes are split by difficulty levels, and the trainers are consistent with the approach to those levels so you always know what to expect from each. Facilities: 7/10 everything is of a good quality, stylish and clean. The only thing is that the changing area is too small which often causes inconvenience. Service: 8/10: the website is user friendly, receptionists are welcoming and the trainers are very professional and attentive. But you do really need to plan your visits in advance as the studio is very busy. Overall, expensive but really good value for money.
I’ve had countless wonderful experiences at Tempo! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They are very accommodating with injuries and make great modifications. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who enjoys reformer Pilates!
My first time doing reformer pilates and couldn't ask for a better experience than at Tempo. I have a back injury and the instructors have been amazing, always modifying exercises when needed but to where I feel like I can still get a great workout in. The studio itself is lovely and the manager/reception are super helpful!
I've been going to Tempo pilates in Shoreditch for some years now and I love it! I usually do the classes with Matea and Iñes done a few PT classes with her as well but also went to the classes with Gina, Poppy, Jessica and Fabrizia. All of them are just great! As I have injuries they are always very attentive and suggest what's best for me. Over the years those got better! Definetely recommend this studio.
Classes are really hard work, but so worth it. Great for the mind as I find I have to concentrate so much to keep up with the class! Shout out to the wonderful studio managers who are so welcoming and helpful when you've mistakenly gone to the wrong address!
