Appalling customer service.

Enquired at the pharmacy about blood sugar testing kits.

Blonde assistant had not got a clue, gave us a blank look, walked away to ask about them without a word, came back told us they were on the shop floor and took us to the wrong place then finally found it - then she walked away. 

We were left to sort out what we needed but unfortunately, without advice, we purchased one item only when we actually needed three or even a kit.

Will NOT be bothering with Boots in the future.

I visited this store today.  I was treated like royalty!  The assistant at the pharmacy spent ages with me to ensure I got the right product and then the assistant on the make up counter did the same.  Brilliant assistants - thank you ladies.

Yesterday  afternoon   3rd Nov I was shopping in Boots High st Stockton  and I would just like to thank the lady chemist for her help and kindness she showed me.
