I was served by Megan at store 4157. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful. We had to say goodbye to our dog the previous day, Megan helped me to print some photos of her, then I selected frames, Megan put the photos into the frames for me. She was lovely, as was the other person who was working there I didn’t get his name but he has worked there for a long time!. I couldn’t fault the excellent service received. Thank you to them both.

Fabulous customer service from Christian in the Stockton branch today.

Sue is such a lovely person. I took my kids for a passport photograph and one of them is autistic. Sue was so patient with him and took her time to take him a  good photo. I would recommend.

Really friendly, professional staff! Went for passport photos for three children 14, 7, 2 which were taken in a quick, hassle free manner. Free cookie for the kids at the end was a nice touch too!

This is for the Max Spielmann based in Tesco Extra, Stockton but there’s no listing for it.  Fantastic service! We ordered a print late on the night and went for the hour processing and received an email the next day to say that it was all done and ready to collect in-store. We had some other errands to run after work, so headed there as soon as we could.  The shop was due to close at 6pm and we were going to get there bang on 6pm according to the sat nav, so we called up the store and spoke to the woman there and asked if she’d mind sticking around while we get there, as we’re literally two minutes around the corner. Thankfully, she said she’d wait for us and we got there bang on 6pm and managed to get the print from her and then delivered it to a client that evening. Can’t thank the lady enough for sticking around for us, when she could have said it was time for her to clock off and go.

Called in to get a photo from my phone printed. I had no idea how/if it could be done but the staff were excellent and guided me through the process. Awesome service and great value as well.

Visited the shop today and had 2 photo's printed. The guy behind the counter was very helpful.

Christian really helped me at a very sensitive time, he went above & beyond to help & I really appreciated it thank you
