Although there are some minor issues regarding paintwork. This is an extremely comfortable, clean and atmospheric hotel. Good food is served in a lovely restaurant by courteous staff. There is a lovely, relaxed bar area. The impressive Art Deco features lend an air of a bygone age. I will definitely return

Home of the Poppadom Express, a decent Indian buffet if the lunch deals around the British Museum don't take your fancy.
Security there are quite paranoid especially if you're a person of color. Do yourself a favor don't walk in there black.
Clean and tidy, but rather tired and in need of updating. Room was warm but I was given a fan. I slept surprisingly well on the bouncy single bed.
Once again absolutely amazing. Very nice, calm rooms, amazing breakfast full of everything British, nice and helpful staff. In one word - the best.
