The food was good, was hot and tasted nice but they forgot half of my order the first time they came to deliver, leaving half of my family hungry and then when they delivered the missing half of the order the second time - the deliver driver THEN informed me that they had no apple pie left after me thinking for an hour that I was going to be receiving an apple pie. He did however refund me the £1.20 I paid for apple pie on the spot and he was really apologetic and lovely. The staff also did manage to quickly russle up the missing half of my order quickly so I'm giving it a very fair 3/5. Service could be a lot better but the quality of the food was top notch and that's the important part at the end of the day.
After waiting 2 n a half hours they sent out the wrong order then refused to refund or replace it. Disgusting attitute from staff and manager. How can they just send out the wrong food and not be sorry or willing to replace or refund the order! Never order from here
After waiting an hour for food they delivered two kebabs that were soggy and when I called them they said the good is good ,I thought the customer is always right ,refused to refund for the extra kebab they soaked the chips with mayo ,,,ultimately they both went in the bin ,I really regret ordering from here ,wouldn't ever order again ZERO STARS
Bad customer service!! Didn't receive my chips like I ordered and paid for. Called them back and sed they were to busy to come out and deliver them. *the customer is ALWAYS right!!!
Mank food never go here
