Very nice and pleasant experience. Staff was very helpful despite the busy period. Perhaps the only improvement area could be adding small refrigerator in the room when people stay with small babies, we dont have to go to reception in the middle of the night to ask for milk again and again. However, the staff was very helpful with that also. Would definitely visit again. Already recommended lots of friends.
Amazing indoor pool.. great place to visit with the family. Children love it! Admission to the pool includes free coffee / tea / juices, fries and ice cream. We can still use the lockers, there is a changing table, highchairs for children, buoys and a crib in the pool area. All designed for families with children of all ages. Daily price of the pool 17euros, after 17 15€ . A experience to repeat. Very nice place and friendly staff.
My kids had the most fun here. There was so much to do. Swimming and the fair area was there favorite areas. The food as great and always available. Snacks and drinks all day. Can't wait for our next family visit.Rooms: 5/5
When we booked the package, we have very high expectation about the facility and activities offered by Preston Palace. Unfortunately our expectation was not met. Many of the facilities are dated. Day activities and evening entertainment were not really engaging. Swimming pool was not as great as advertised. Overall, the value that we got was way too short compare to the price we paid for that short vacation. The only surprisingly positive experience was the meals provided. Everything was tasty, especially at the Midtown restaurant.
An absolute amazing place to be, for this trip we had a day ticket, we arrived right around 12, using public transport, we were able to get to the hotel quicklythere's a bus-stop nearby, we went in, all employees greeted us with a smile, all staff members were super nice to us, We were able to do basically everything, bowling, attractions, arcade machines, even swimming, within a day ticket The food was amazing, all the food we had, tasted absolutely amazing, the ribs were absolutely perfect, no hassle getting all of it off, In the later hours of the day, more bars opened up, creating a very nice ambiance, one we enjoyed, Some bars had their own musical entertainment, which was very nice to see, just like the karaoke bar ofcourse All in all, Preston Palace is a place I definitely want to visit again, You'd think you'd get tired of the place, walk another lap, you'll find something to do, once again Nearby activities: Indoor kermis, swimming pool, bowling, mini golf, bar, food, restaurant Food & drinks: Every corner had their own place for food and drinks, the center, has a big bar, the most busy as well
I have been going here my entire life. But i havent been here for 5 years now, a lot has changed and improved since then. If you have a family or want a fun weekend or week away this is the place to go. Rooms: The rooms are clean, warm and quiet. The bed and bathroom are comfortable and usable. Walkability: It's all indoors, there are elevators. Everything is accessable to most people. Food & drinks: Unlimited food and drink included. The quality is decent if not very good.
Great place to come for a weekend, relax, party and unstress. Rooms are basic, but you will probably only sleep there, so ok. Restaurants offer big variety of dishes all day long.Rooms: 3/5
Wonderful Hotel, great service...many entertainment activities...it is a perfect package especially for families with young kids. The all inclusive is really great and you can thoroughly enjoy it with the wide variety. I was looking for a break and this was a perfect one. I am surely going back <3 One thing/feedback I do have though - All the activities are in Dutch and it is really difficult for non-Dutch to enjoy so if they can have activities which can be easily explained in English that would be perfect.
Rooms were OK but pretty basic and to be honest you are not there for the rooms. Food selection was good, nice few restaurants to choose from. Always somewhere open to get food and drink. Good for 2 or 3 nights max, this will give kids chance to try everything. All in all an OK trip but not really somewhere I will rush back too.Rooms: 3/5
Very nice All-in hotel/resort. I have been here several times! I still love it. Definitely will be back again.
