I was visiting Blackpool and was recommended this place by a friend. I don’t like to leave a bad review but I was very disappointed by the food and price of the food. I ordered a Karahi Chicken and it was probably the worst I have tasted. It’s was very bland. My kids ordered the chicken steak with chips. This was supposed to be served with steak chips but were only given a small portion of normal chips. The place is very cramped. We visited on a Saturday evening and it was very busy and noisy. It’s seems a popular place but the food we ordered was poor quality and definitely not worth the price. I would give this review a one star based on the food but we arrived on Sat evening when the place was very busy without a booking and was offered a table for 4 straightaway. That was the only positive and therefore given it 2 stars.
20 of us we ordered 3 lamb legs 6 chickens 10 Nan breads drinks and few desserts bill came to £650 service was non existent dirty plates how are you charging £30 for a chicken with some chips food was bland and tasteless. Definitely will not be returning
Excellent meal at Bukhara.... saved me going to Manchester. Quality of the food was spot on. I am a regular at Veeraswamy in London but I am happy I have something local at the same standard. Keep it up guys.
Had a take out of the famous lamb leg amongst other stuff for the family who travelled up north. We weren't disappointed. Now they want to order one for when they go back on Sunday. Parking: Plenty of parking
So a family of 5 we odred a mixture of grills, the bihar kebab was like sand mixed with spices, awful texture, no sizzle on the grill, instead of onions base there was lettuce . Secondly we ordered a salad, which they called "fresh garden salad" topped with mouldy lemons, when informed he picked the lemon up, laughed and went off and bought us another, which we refused including the salad.after that tbh we lost appetite. The butter chicken tasted of elaichi. I wouldn't go back if I was paid. No apology for the rude mouldy lemon Parking: Plenty parking
I've been to Bukhara twice & both times have been great, the taste of the food is delicious & consistent, the presentation of the food is that on par with an al la carte restaurant, offering a wide selection of fusion to traditional Asian style dishes, the dessert range was great with many to offer. I had travelled far from Hull as a planned weekend visit to Manchester, Southport & to Bukhara to put the cap on it all, it was great thank you.
Too pricey for a small quantity Karahi chicken was just ok ok, loved the spicy chicken anyway. Mixed grill and thai mango salad or something was utter waste of money. Won’t recommend.
Honestly one of the best restaurants out there. From the starters to the dessert was outstanding. Customer service 5* family friendly. Will be definitely coming again!!!
Food was overall brilliant. Starter had great taste to it along with the meat and chicken being perfectly tender. The mains came out with similar quality to add to the goodness. The table service is good. All of this is evident by how busy it gets.
Fantastic! Authentic food and friendly service. We had a large party here and we all had the best time - the food was delicious, cooked with care and presented well. We had help with ordering and ended up with a good selection of dishes. Staff were attentive and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for more. I would heartily recommend this place for an enjoyable meal with friends and family.
