Terrible system to get an appointment. ...they want you to call/visit at 9am or 2pm but even few minutes before those hours all appointments are gone. Then the Receptionist doesn't even let you speak to the medical professional or the manager who can probably be able to assess the urgency the patient may have. So be prepared to die depending on a system like this ...such a bad customer service as well ... just control freak reception staff. Also why are there no walkin clinics in South Wales like in England?
