Possibly the worst GP I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I cannot understand how a GP, that's paid by the NHS can run such a shambles of a clinic.

Got through at 11:30. Told to ring back at 12 o'clock. 25mins of constantly on recall from my works telephone. Continually engaged. My manager isn't happy! Then told that the emergency call that I was told to call for, will ring me back later!!!!!! All to speak to the pharmacist about medication I was told I mustn't run out of. What is the best time that he can call me????...............I'm in work, there is no good time! What a farce. In all fairness the receptionists that I spoke to were polite, and that's all that I can say about my experience today.

How come the phone is engaged straight away, sounds like been hung up and don't want to know or receive any types of calls. Supposed to be there's an option to choose from. Been calling constantly just over an hour and still engaged. It's not even worth 1 star.

The facilities are fine and the doctors are great. However, they've not expanded since the development of hundreds of new homes in the local area so it's extremely difficult to get an appointment. It's also very difficult to get another doctor because they have a monopoly in the area. If you don't call at 8am, you can expect to have to call again tomorrow or book an appointment 3+ weeks in advance.
