Absolutely Useless Practice. Receptionist is useless and the Doctors are. I only needed to pick up my Medication that I haven't had for a long time as I stopped taking them. Got loads of 're peat prescriptions that I can't even use. All I need is my meds to be signed off just by one doctor and they can't even do that. I'm not a very well man. And now they want to make me wait 48 hours. When I can finally get appointments the Doctors can't be bothered assessing you and make you feel very uncomfortable. List could go on.

One doctor forgot to refer my son a few years ago, which created serious health problems for him.  Another time, they told him he had Irritable Bowel Syndrome, when it was in fact appendicitis and the following day he was rushed into hospital for life-saving surgery.  My son literally could've lost his life.  Fortunately, I had the sense to phone NHS Choices and they immediately issued the correct advice.  IBS???  I'll let the facts speak for themselves, as far as opinion goes.  It's horrendous and the blonde receptionist is not only rude, but she chased me into the Mother & Baby clinic with a toddler in a push-chair, back a couple of years ago.  Not that long ago and she's still working there.  I don't think they're particularly interested in their patients.

Doctors and staff always helpful. 
Have never had an issue apart from getting a quick  appointment can be difficult but thats due to issues out of the practices hands. 
Demand out stripping resouce.

Receptionist was extremely useless and rude! Only want to pick up my daughter new repeat prescription.
