When we arrived we were really impressed with the decor since our last visit, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered the pork with crackling and when the food came there was no crackling on the plate so I asked the waiter and he went off to check, he then came back and said they had run out. This was really disappointing as at no point did they mention it and it was only when we questioned that they can up with this excuse no alternative was offered. The seasonal vegetables selection was really disappointing and only a small portion came in a storage bowl along with 5 boiled potatoes between 2 adults and 1 child, we had to ask for more and so did the table next to us. The service was ok along with the food we won't be rushing back.

Visited today with a friend Went at lunchtime and had starters which was excellent, but the main meal was a let down as the meat was really overcooked hard and not presented very well, both my friend and I who had the same sent our mains back. The waiting staff were really helpful and the venue is really nice. I do not know if I will go back in the future?

Quaint little restaurant with very tasty food. A very popular spot for dinner.
