Phenomenal business. I needed to re-book my truck three times after changes in my completion date. They were more than happy to help. The truck was in good order and everything worked well. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Let down badly. I forgot my insurance papers and log book, no phone call to let me know, nothing. I couldn't pick up them up in person because I have moved 80 miles away. I rang them and asked a simple favor, to send my papers registered post, which they did not do - Over a week later still not received them. A replacement logbook is £25 plus my insurance certificate. Edit, papers turned up eventually, had to pay post and collect from sorting office, so happy again.

Easily the best value and highest quality van and car rentals in the area. They have a great fleet selection. Only downside is that the cars have a 500 mile a week limit before you have to pay extra but they are like 100 a week cheaper and have a better excess than most places. I'd urge anyone looking for cars or vans to try this great location.

Great customer service and vans at a very reasonable price . I have used this company in several occasions and they have never let me down. I would like to also thank the team which are very nice and reliable ( Toby ) is very polite helpful and friendly. I would totally recommend them. Thanks again, Eddie.

Genuinely superb service - over and above what would be considered reasonable in this day and age (staying open late!) Great experience buying a van from Simon - totally as described and a genuine vehicle. After many bad experiences before with 'Van' dealer's, it's nice to finally find a reputable company with honest vans (no mileage trickery here!) First rate - I'll be using them again in the future.
