Hired a car from here due to not knowing when my guaranteed hire vehicle from my policy would be ready.nnI let the staff member know that I may return the car early and was told I would get money back for the second day which was around £50 but nothing for the first day.nI returned the car literally no more than 2 hours later and made sure to check with the manager will I be getting money back for the second day and he assured me yes and that he would put it through himself.n4 days pass and only the deposit was returned. I tried to call but phone is never answered. Went in and the manager made a copy of my invoice and told me he would chase it up and call me back the same day. A week has now gone by and I went in to check for an update to be told there will be no refund. The bearded worker who I specifically asked when making the booking now denies ever telling me I would be getting £50 back. The lying p.o.s was of no further help so I had to leave. The other staff they have here were like animals. 2 of them were shouting swear words and almost fighting until they were held back by the rest of them.nnAvoid at all costs! Untrustworthy! Unsafe!
This was my first trip to the UK and Europcar Swindon made it easy and uncomplicated to rent a suitable vehicle. Using their online app saved time with booking and picking up the car. The staff at the office was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely use them in the future.
Great car we received for hire, great staff member made the process of collecting and dropping the car back very quick and easy. The car was excellent to drive and very comfortable, we were sat in it for 6 hours of the day so that was very important. Over all very happy nothing to complain about at all. Will be returning should we need to hire again.
Cheap and careful. You are not going to get the most fabulous cars, but what you do get is value.
I highly recommend this car rental company. Cars of high standard, in good technical condition. The rental process is quick and easy. Very nice service by Prasath. I recommend it with a clear conscience. If I need a car in the future, I will definitely contact them!
