I rented a car by Europcar website. I booked it with included car delivery. In fact, the car was delivered earlier than expected, and the driver was very kind; however, at the end of the story I could not keep the car because I did not have a bill with an address here in the UK. Are they serious? I'm just moving here. I have my driver license and everything, even my hotel reservation for longer time than the period I wanted to rent  the car.
This does not make any sense at all. I have rented many cars in different countries and places and never somebody has asked me for a bill with an address in the place I am renting the car. 
I do not recommend Europcar!

Awful service claim that there was a mark on the wheel alloy which is 15mm what a joke bad service Swindon euro cars do not use

I'm very fan of Europcar and I use frequently their service but in another branch. Swindon Europcar has poor customer service.
