Great experience with this company, used the qashqai over the weekend. Nice car and process very quick and smooth. Staff were very happy and helpful. Will definitely use again if need a car.

Hired a 9 seater van from Duncan Self Drive, and the whole customer journey was great. A really good price and really lovely staff members. Would 100% hire from this company again in the future. Thanks to Steve and his team, we had such a great weekend away in Edinburgh.

We have hired vans on many occasions from the Swindon branch.  The staff are so helpful and friendly and always happy to help get us the right van for what we need.  The vans are always clean and tidy.  Thanks to Steve for our recent hire which was so quick and easy.  Highly recommend.

Great service, very friendly staff. Have used them a couple of times now, and will again in the future for sure. Their fleet of new vans are in a super clean condition, and booking could not be any easier than just a quick phone call. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

I have used Duncans a few time now and never been disappointing. Staff are lovely, service is spot on, and the vans are in amazing condition. They are very good at helping you choose the best van for your needs. Looking forward to using them again to help my Dad move house! Cant recommend enough!

This is the second time I’ve used Duncan’s. The van was terrific, the price was low, but the main thing is to say is that the customer service is the best I have ever encountered from anyone. On the first day of hiring we got a flat tyre, and a member of Duncan’s staff drove for two hours to get to us and change it. Then, when we were unable to get the van back on time, they were as accommodating as possible. I’ve used van hire companies in the past, and always felt that I was trying to meet their expectations. I felt throughout that, instead, Duncan’s was trying to meet mine. An outstanding company, highly recommended!
