Reviews

Very friendly service—fast and efficient. The vans are in excellent condition; I used a new one. Everything was great. I recommend this company.

Outstanding service from start to finishnI’ve had a fantastic experience with this car hire company and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.nFrom the moment I dealt with the team, the service was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Everything was made straightforward and stress-free, which makes such a difference when hiring a car.nI’d especially like to mention Robert at the Swindon depot, who was absolutely brilliant. He went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was completely happy. His attitude, professionalism and willingness to help really stood out.nIt’s not often you come across customer service like this anymore, and Robert is a real credit to the company.nOverall, an excellent experience and a company I would happily use again. Five stars without hesitation!

Our experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Swindon was excellent. At one point, we had six vehicles rented at the same time and frequently needed to extend our rentals. The team was always fast, flexible, and accommodating.nnWe also had a billing issue that was quickly resolved with no hassle. The customer service was outstanding—responsive, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire process.nnHighly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car Swindon, especially for businesses or groups managing multiple vehicles!

Van wasn't available after paying for it. Wanted a deposit still. But wouldn't accept a debt card. Every other branch I've used never been an issue.nWent to m&s self drive vans and trucks was £50 cheaper too and only 5minutes away. Would highly recommend going there instead of enterprise

Hello. I would really like to warn you all about this company. My car was damaged on a Sunday, and I notified the insurance company. I provided three videos and the license plate number of the party at fault. I was given a contact number for Enterprise, but received zero help from them. The customer service was non-existent, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude! I actually received the payout from the insurance company faster than I managed to get a car from Enterprise!!!!!
