Staff were ok and stock is good. Prices high and beware they offer NO refunds! Only option will be a credit note (presumably unless goods are faulty). So I'll shop elsewhere in the future. It's just a poor customer service option and not a great place to buy a gift.

I went in to the Milton Keynes branch today - Sunday - and put myself on the gait analysis waiting list and was told the likely wait was 20 minutes. The older male member of staff who spoke to me was very patronising and can’t do, using the word ‘obviously’ repeatedly to explain that i couldn’t book, had chosen a busy day, it was early closing etc. Other staff were much more friendly. I waited an hour and was top of the list most of that time as the last gait analysis was finished. They didn’t serve me though, jusy kept of serving people who had come in the shop after me who were ‘just doing exchanges’ or buying trainers without gait analysis. I asked twice and was told by a polite lady that they would come to me as soon as they could (they blatantly weren’t as i was ignored). I later asked the rude man and he again proceeded to give me a lecture - this time about the ‘guys not being free’ as they were busy serving other customers. Yes, ones who had come in after me. He spoke to me as if he finds customers despicable and I was something unpleasant he’d found on his shoe. After an hour of being ignored I gave up and left. What a waste of an hour for a customer who had money ready to spend. Terrible first impression thanks to awful customer service.

Quick and easy. Went to get gait analysis and buy running shoes. Although they were fairly busy, process was quick, simple and I have received brilliant service.

Really great service. I had my gait measured and then tried on at least 20 trainers, the whole time the gentleman serving me was very patient and informative. Could not speak more highly of this place!
