Had a lovely gentleman called Robert in the fragrance department help me and my husband this morning.nHe was very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble.nWe will definitely be seeking out Robert again when we're next wanting some fragrances.
Went in on Saturday looking for a new aftershave - found a friendly, helpful, and fun lady in the mens section and asked for some guidance. She helped me figure out what scents I liked, then helped me narrow down to which exact one I wanted. Came home with a bottle, couldn't be happier!nnExcellent experience, as you'd expect from John Lewis. She knew what she was talking about, and was willing to help me sample a good handful of scents. Thank you!
Today 23.11.25 around 13pm, I went to John Lewis to purchase 3no.Ring Stuck UP Camera battery operated. Over there, I have asked the support from a sales rep and immediately noticed that he wasn't interested in any conversation, he shown lack of information about the product asked him to check the stock as I wanted to purchase 3no.units, he literally refused, he wasn't interested on any sales or to provide a minimum of customer service. Literally, I have left the shop with no purchase made and very disappointed about this experience.
I had such an amazing experience in John Lewis Milton Keynes thanks to Jesse versace!!! He was absolutely brilliant, so nice, charismatic, and knowledgeable. It’s like he knew that I was tired and just lost the will to even try and he just took over and made the whole experience feel fun, effortless, and really special. I liked all the recommendations he made, and I’m super happy with my choice, however, I’ll be back for some more .nHonestly, Jesse completely made my day with his warmth. thank you so much, Jesse!nnA big thank you also to Ann, who wrapped my fragrance with such wonderful finishing touch.nnOverall I had such an amazing customer experience… I’ll definitely be back! I had a fantastic experience at this store, largely thanks to Jesse, one of the employees. He was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me with my perfume purchase. Jesse's friendly demeanor and excellent knowledge made the whole process a pleasure. I highly recommend this store, and be sure to seek out Jesse for top-notch assistance!
