Brilliant experience every visit, the shopping center is absolutely huge and has everything and every store well situated. Friendly staff and service, always answering questions with a smile. The centre has a good information point and guidance system for finding specific shops and outlets, there are also lots of other areas within and surrounding the centre which also offer retail shopping, restaurants, gyms, hotels and other facilities.

Nice store but customer sevice is abysmal. Staff chatting amongst themselves instead of helping customers. Furniture Dept is bad but the electrical Dept is beyond a joke.

Good departmental store. At the moment decorated for Christmas all pretty lights. Plenty of gifts. Lovely cafe to stop off for good drink and a rest. Toilets on ground and second floor.

It's a OK store but some products are just overall too expensive and you could get them cheaper in other shops just round the corner or walking distance. I guess most John Lewis stores are like this. Do recommend if you shop regularly with this outlet though. Upon leaving the store, was offered free sample of perfume to try.
