Located inside the city centre this Works is in a premium location so as a result it has to be packed to overflowing. This is fine if your the only person in the store but is a problem when the store is busy. Some of the isles are just to narrow for two people to pass. Don’t even think about taking a wheelchair in unless the store is empty. Is not all bad as the works has some lovely good value books and lots of other items like art materials and crafting supplies. The books are very good value as are most of what the store has in stock. I would give it 5 stars but bad interior planning loses a star. Make the isles wider.

Danny and Julie at central Milton Keynes store , always go of there way to help customers , these  two members of staff a great , when I go into the store  these two  members of staff are always ready to help customers , so helpful too , for weeks now I have been trying to  get a wooden heart photo frame without no luck , Julie told me where to try but nothing yet I m hoping it comes back in soon in store ,

My christmas order didn't come through, so I went to the store and the store supervisor Danny went above and beyond to help us with this. He was so helpful and made the shopping experience a special one after being disappointed at Christmas. Thank you The Works, Milton Keynes

This shop is amazing.. I always leave store with some sort of pen.. Wasn't too busy so I could look at everything.. Did ask staff question but they didn't have a clue of what I was asking them..

Fairly average Works store but still good. The usual brilliant value books, gifts etc. Can be a great place to buy gifts.

Better small shop than expected. Each one has different stock so if you don't find what you want in one shop, try a different 'works' and you might be lucky Too small to be well stocked but interesting browse.

Love this shop there is always something new to give you inspiration  I have to say its a fun shop something new around every corner  I got another book to add to my 600+  oh how I love books the world needs more books

Have used click and collect a few time with this store and always pleased with the results. Friendly staff and quick service.

Smallish shop, not easy for wheelchairs and prams but just about manageable. Good value and various items to look at and buy.

Fantastic selection of books at amazingly low prices. Only problem is you have to buy them quickly as the stocks run out fast.
