Called in on Thursday my mama's ring had lost a stone. Emma was very helpful and all the staff went out of the way to help. They give me a gift card so my mam can choose a new ring as the other ring was now not available. Its true to say after care goes along way in retail. Thank you again Emma and all the staff at Newcastle store. Its appreciate good service.
