Having previously purchased a watch from Watches of Switzerland in Heathrow, which is the same company as Goldsmiths, I visited the Eldon Square branch to purchase a different strap. I was served by Kamal who was a fantastic help from start to finish. He took my order and kept me updated along the way whilst it was being processed. When it arrived in stock I saw him again and offered me a drink while I waited for it to be replaced for no extra charge. It was fitted in no time at all. I was very pleased with the professional and personal service I received here and shall definitely be returning.

Premium Swiss watch dealer. Staff are attentive and professional. Bought a Swiss watch here with near-satisfactory (not perfect) discount. Service is commendable. Obviously the biggest watch/jewellery dealer in Newcastle with the iconic statue outside the flagship store near the Grey's Monument. Also official retailer of major Swiss watch brands such as Rolex, Omega, Tudor, and Longines.
