After visiting a few jewellers in order to purchase a gift for a special occasion , I’m so glad I walked into Berry’s ! Staff were lovely , informative and unlike other jewellers , I didn’t feel pressured or pushed into making a quick decision for what was a considered purchase . The antithesis of hard nosed salesmen and they really know their stuff , special thanks to Lee for his advice … you were spot on and the recipient was chuffed to bits !
Friendly staff selling beautiful designer jewellery. The service we received was second to none. We purchased two gorgeous items and will be back when we are next in the area to choose more from the same designer. A highly recommended store with staff who go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you Berry's, you helped make my birthday extra special and the champagne was lovely.

Great personal service from start to finish, a special thanks to Lee Davis, whose knowledge of watches and understanding of individual needs was very impressive. I certainly was able to get exactly what I wanted and will have no hesitation to go back when I want my next prestige watch.
If you want quality and fantastic service, then this is the place to go. Lee was great with my son and allowed him to try all the watches he liked on then gave us time to go and discuss and think about his purchase. There was no pressure at all. It was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long while. We certainly recommend here for special treatment for a special occasion.
First time shopping in ages,!! Picked up a new watch for my brothers 50th Birthday. From entering the shop all Staff were friendly and polite. I had an idea of what I wanted, but Lee helped Secure a lovely Cartier, I have to say Lee was brilliant, his knowledge is second to non. He never put me under any pressure and after buying the watch and feeling throughly stratified with my purchase I thought will definitely recommend to family and friends, especially after finding out it was a family run business, this was very much reflected in the way the staff were with one another very professional and warm. Thanks
I've been deciding what watch I've been wanting to get for months and luckily I have Berry's on my doorstep who made choosing so much easier. They let me come in many times just to look with absolutely no pressure to buy until I was sure of what I wanted. When it came to finally buying i was looked after above and beyond what i expected. A special shout out to Nick, but the rest of the staff were also brilliant. I wont go anywhere else for future purchases.
I purchased a watch from the Newcastle store and found all the staff particularly Ellie & Lee to be extremely knowledgeable & friendly. A family run business which definitely puts the customers needs first. I was trying to think of a saying/phrase to sum up this shop & the people who work there...........if there was a problem it wouldn’t be a problem!
We have just bought an Omega Seamaster 300 for my partners 60 th birthday . We were served by Lee who was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't rushed into making a decision and definitely made the right one. Really friendly shop, would highly recommend
Can't recommend Berry's in Newcastle highly enough. Nick was great, very patient, knowledgeable and put no pressure on me to buy. I will definitely be returning in the future.
