I called yesterday to see about a nose piercing. I was advised I should make an appointment. I tried to do so and was told I couldn’t make one over the phone and I would have to come in to put a deposit down for an appointment in 2 days time? I have no problem with putting a deposit down but not taking it over payment the phone? Come on! I work 60 hours a week and haven’t time to drive all the way into town to put a deposit down because you can’t take it over the phone. I was instantly put off and have chosen to go somewhere else. Too much hassle!

Best guys around, don’t trust anyone else to go near me with a needle. Couldn’t praise them enough, every time I go in I’m treated so well, they do everything to look after you and make sure you love your piercing. If you’re stuck on where to get pierced don’t think twice!

All staff are extremelly friendly and helpful. Had a piercing done by Nici and she was brilliant. Absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend.

I visited today for two piercings. The guy who pierced me (seb) was great. Professional, knew his stuff, and made me laugh despite me being pretty nervous. I've came here a few years ago and was pierced by nicci who was equally as great. I wouldn't go anyway else for piercings! Thanks guys :)
