I will never set foot in here again. It was like the scene in pretty woman where they look down their nose at her. I went in and asked for a price and was casually told that it was expensive and she was very rude and unhelpful.

Today I first time visited Michael Kors store in Newcastle. I planned this trip to Newcastle as it was one of nearest Michael stores near me. I knew what I wanted to purchase as in website the sizes of my preferred items were not available. The Michael Kors staff members were very friendly and so helpful, I am very pleased they took the last one real leather studded jacket from the mannequin for me :))) as it was not available anywhere else. Customer service is handsome, it was my first time in Newcastle Michael Kors store but not the last.
