Absolutely amazing service, was politely asked if I needed help, and the product I wanted was wrapped professionally. Attendant was very happy and kind and was unbelievably helpful. Fantastic store and staff.

Bad experience yesterday Xmas shopping had to queue then was taken to a desk with a horrible male assistant didn't get to look properly at what I was looking for........ Not good won't be back again berwick shop great.......!!!!!
