Christine is very helpful, warm and welcoming. The rooms were tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable. I would recommend Swan House to any traveller and hiker. Hikers.. christine picks up and drops off on the C2C. Kerry

Perfect for a stop over when we visit our daughter in Teeside University. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely clean amenities and very well kept site.

Easily accessible just off A19 (can be heard but not enough to keep you up at night) Owners very welcoming and informative. Shower and toilet block modern and immaculately clean, small play ground for kids but plenty of open space and good space between vans. Site is also b&b and as such has a well stocked onsite pub/bar. Recommended site without a doubt. Jonny & Gemma. (hartlepool)
