Park house is a great location, right on the coast to coast walk and Beverly has everything a walker needs from drying room to delicious evening meal and breakfast that accommodated our allergies and food preferences. Our quiet room had a beautiful view over farmland and the shower was hot. We were able to visit with other walkers in the funky lounge. I highly recommend Park House!

I've been lucky enough to stay at Park House a few times now, and have loved each stay. The location is a perfect hideaway, but with lots to see and do in the area. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are lovely, and I would really recommend the evening meals, Bev is an excellent cook. 
I will certainly be going back to Park House soon

Wonderful bed and breakfast with fabulous hosts. A glass of prosecco and a warm welcome on arrival. I have OCD so was relieved to see how immaculately clean the rooms were and very tastefully decorated. The cosy guest lounge and log burner immediately made you feel at home, a great base for some fabulous walks with osmotherly up the road with a couple of lovely pubs. We stayed for both breakfast and evening meal and the food was amazing. We shall be returning very soon.
