Never pick up the phone and leather bags bobble with even the slightest bit of rain. A little painful when you have paid 2k for one of their Cambridge bags

The quality of the hats are excellent, if you take care of them they last decades. My father bought a perfectly fitted grey bowler there 60 years and it is still in use and looking good.

Poor experience Poor quality. What really concerns me is that it continues in business with such tired old stock.
