Bags made at this company are of superior quality & design, their customer service is incredible: the best I’ve ever experienced.
lots of selection available. there is 2 floors for this store. staff did not greet me but were helpful when asked a question. If you have a valid student card then you can get 10% off as well. Remember to ask them for a VAT form if you are not from UK.
The products are nice. The staff are friendly. But needs a little investment in lighting and displaying of the products.
Excellent job on the monogram. Makes a beautiful gift extra special.
