Decent looking products, but mine fell apart pretty quickly and have had a nightmare with a single repair lasting a full year going around the houses with what passes for a customer "service" team. Would never, ever recommend buying anything from them. Too expensive and not worth the headaches.

Very disappointed. I had my new jacket one week ago from a little shop in France. already unstitched sleeve seam... first experience from Private white, and maybe the last one...

Great quality and service.  The guys there were a great help.  Picked up a hooded rain coat and they gave me demo on how their products repeal water.  Can't wait to visit again when on vacation.

Excellent experience. The products are really fantastic, quality with style and made in the UK. The team in the shop are very friendly and helpful. I bought a pea coat and they were able to have to have the arms shortened slightly so it was just right. Would highly recommend.
