Purchased a laptop bag from them a few years ago and used it daily leading to worn straps etc. Made a telephone call to request a replacement strap on Saturday and received on the Tuesday and totally free gratis.....could not ask for better service....Iain

One of my favourite gems regarding leathergoods in London. Always good value for money and nice and helpful staff.
Although their products are lovely, my customer support experience has not been. I ordered a product from them to be shipped internationally and when I ran into difficulties with the chosen courier, I was informed by the customer service team that once the item leaves their premises it's no longer their problem.
