John was exceptionally accommodating and assisted me in selecting a timepiece that I adore. The cost was extremely reasonable, and there were lots of options to select from. Additionally, a two-year warranty was included. Thank you very much. My next purchase will be a datejust watch, which I will purchasing next month here in Susannah Lovis.
A charming little store in the famous Burlington Arcade. Very helpful staff with excellent knowledge and advice. It's wonderful to be able to go back to a store that you purchased from nearly 2 decades ago to a still find it there and b receive the same level of superb customer service.
Went to several shops in the Burlington Arcade looking for a vintage watch and ended up buying from Susannah Lovis primarily because of the excellent service we received. We looked at a couple of watches in the window display and once they had an idea of what we were looking for they found the perfect watch which we would not have seen had the staff not been as attentive and professional as they were In stark contrast to their neighboring competitors. They also changed straps between leather and steel for us to see what they looked like and overall I would recommend Susannah Lovis to anyone looking for good value and great service.
Wonderful shop with excellent sales associates! I was trying to pick between 2 watches & they were helpful & then left me to decide. They also helped adjust my mother’s watch strap while we were wrapping up. I’ll def be back!
Brilliant experience all round. Staff we very friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful as I picked an engagement ring. Documentation was provided promptly and they were able to arrange the resizing at very short notice.
Not the best experience - maybe one-off given the vast majority reviews look to be positive? Given the Rolexes sold are pretty much all vintage, when I asked about turn-o-graph which pre-dates the submariner release in 1953 by a few months, the attitude was not great, maybe because the lady had not heard of it before, or maybe something else.
Purchased a pair of cufflinks for an anniversary gift. Emailed ahead and they were very helpful putting the item to one side until I could collect the following day. Lovely item that they also gift wrapped for me. They had a stunning selection of jewellery for all occasions.
First, Burlington Arcade has all the aura of luxury and intimacy that is best for buying an important piece of jewellery. Inside Susannah’s premises the air is comfortable and wholly unintimidating. Susannah, herself, has the knowledge and experience to open a complete map of the world of jewels, from which I made my choice of pearl necklace perfectly matched, perfectly graded. I could not have asked for better..
I finally found the exact bracelet I had been looking for at a very reasonable price! Richard was extremely helpful with all my queries and concerns. The bracelet purchased online arrived on the day I had specified and was exactly what I wanted. I love it! Thank you :
