Me and my partner visited there for purchasing engagement rings. The saleswoman was Ashley Li. I do believe they have a good collection of diamonds and the diamonds she showed us indeed matched our expectations. But the saleswoman was too arrogant, I just don’t feel I can ask questions properly. The entire process made us feel uncomfortable so we eventually purchased our engagement ring in another store. Honestly I think the saleswoman should really learn to show respect to customers and improve her professionalism. I also have a feeling that this brand has done some extremely successful PR jobs in the Chinese market, although the brand itself isn’t necessarily that prestigious at all.

We came to visit for our wedding bands. Felix is an absolute credit to your company. He helped my fiancé massively when he was looking for my engagement ring and upon meeting him I understand why he was so keen to go back to him. Wonderful service, staff are all fantastic. Great company and made us feel comfortable. Just what you would want and expect from a high end Jeweller. We will see you again soon :
Very unprofessional and unwelcoming staff. We came in looking for wedding bands - not the highest priced item in store understandably. We were made very uncomfortable by the sales lady who did not bother asking us any questions or suggesting different styles. The lady simply said “No” to us when we asked for sizes, didn’t even check for stock.
a very bad old sales man with glasses. Couldn’t remember his name. Try to charge me for free service and very rude. The worse experience here. I usually don’t write comments. Well this time I am so angry with this unprofessional person. I can’t believe why he is working here. A blind company management. The lady Laura is great person and very good service.
