Went in for a trim, was sat in the chair for literally about 2 minutes and paid £15 for a bodged hair cut. Cut my fringe too short on one side and left it too long on the other, ruined the ends of my hair completely. Went to LA Barbers and the gave me exactly what I should have had in the first place. Stay away from supercuts unless you want to waste your time and money, and ruin your hair. Go to LA Barbers.

What a wrong choice to walk in... Would definitely never go back again. As Heather Pike mentioned no care was given to what was asked for. Uneven cut, patches and a mess. Didn't even air blow hair when finished cutting and when I try to clean/shake it off over the floor she gave me that look of ''' I've just brushed that floor''' At home now looking at my hair ''what a mess'' Oh and she did had a ridiculously long nail. Never again

Would never go back. I only go for a trim and the stylist didn't put any care or consideration into my cut. She chatted to the stylist next to her the whole time I was there. She had over the top make up and ridiculously long nails which got in the way..talk about a cheap experience. Where did the stylists from Supercuts in Bath go? I used to go there and the stylists were awesome, gave me great advice to repair my damaged hair and took great care cutting my hair. They made me feel like a valued customer.

One member of staff working at midday. For a walk in, no appointment needed hairdressers this is shockingly poor. 45 minutes minimum wait for a trim.
