Such a little gem in the heart of Chippenham!!! I've followed these girls for many years and have watched as they have achieved their dreams of owning a salon so I'm very proud of them. Walking into the salon I have such a fab vibe and leave feeling relaxed and pampered. I've been known to joke about bringing slippers as I feel I'm walking round my own house at times :) The girls are very professional and love what they do which shows in their work. They are dedicated and passionate which means everything when you are paying for a service. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Emery House to anyone. Well done girls I'm so proud of you ♡

I cannot rate this salon, the work and the girls highly enough! I would never go anywhere else for nails as Stacey is an absolute master of everything she does to mine, and I can't go anywhere without being asked who has done my nails for me. Serena has saved my hair from being awful condition after travelling, and always fits me in to keep my hair looking perfect. Lovely salon, friendly atmosphere and accommodating to no end. Love it!

After i heard such great things about them i was so looking forward to go there after my friend kindly bought for me a £20 coupon gift to cheer me up after horrible year i had.. sadly I didn't realise there was expired date as, i was so worried About my husband's cancer, that I didn't think i had to use before a fixed date.. well now my husband has been clear from his lynphoma, and we decided to celebrate and go on holiday. So i tought what a better occasion, than this,to do and treat my nails.. so I booked appointment with them, and when I explained my circumstances, the lady, that i suppose she must be the owner of the business, told me unfortunately there was nothing she could do as everything was put on the the computer.. So i looked at her speechless with heartbroken and i left, to avoid any confrontation..and left the voucher there.. I could understand if it was big company, but family business should have more sympathy for such situation, but maybe she wasn't very far from her computer.. i cannot say anything about their works, as i never had any.. but as humans skills, they were really bad.. they may have gained £20 extra in their pocket for nothing.. but they lost a customer for ever...
