I went to Phoenix after failing my mod 2 test with a different training school. So being so close to passing and getting my full license I obviously wanted to make sure I passed the second time around. Yesterday that happened thanks to amazing instruction from Adam! His teaching and positive psychology, along with his patience, gave me the confidence to just go for it and ride the bike the way I knew I could during the test. Perfect result!
They guided me through the whole process from CBT to a full license. Amazing, professional and friendly instructors. Proper practice both on the roads and manoeuvre classes. I will miss my training bike as well... Lovely BMW GS. Thanks a lot team!
I booked my CBT with Phoenix Chippenham last year and the team were great, thorough and friendly. I personally needed some additional time to build my confidence and complete the 2 hour road ride another day. The team explained things in a way I understood. I went back 3 months later to complete a direct access course, with the patience and guidance given by the instructors I passed first time! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a motorbike license.
Top notch experience, went in for a back to riding course with Leigh. Did the basics around a closed area and followed up with a very well-planned route building my confidence on the bike slowly but surely. All his instructions were clear and criticisms constructive. 10/10
Thanks to the help of the instructors at Phoenix I was able to take both my MOD 1 and MOD 2 tests recently and pass first time! Had a great experience whilst undertaking the training for my full licence and therefore I highly recommend Phoenix!
Amazing high quality training provided by super trained professional instructors. Completed CBT by gaining lots of practical knowledge with instructor Sammy. She is fabulous in her job. Special thanks to Mr. Leigh for their co-operation. Highly recommend their service.
I did my CBT, Mod 1 & Mod 2 in the space of 2 weeks, my instructors during this time were Sam, Mitch & Jason. I honestly can’t fault them one little bit, constantly going above and beyond to ensure you have the knowledge and relevant skills required to pass & be safe on the roads. To put into perspective i passed both Mod 1 & 2 first time! Anyone I get chatting with that shows an interest into learning to ride, there’s only one place I will be sending them, Phoenix!
Completed a full DAS course through phoenix and couldn't of had a better bunch or people to train with! They were brilliant in helping me get test ready, honestly a great group of professional and experienced riders who gave a high gaulity of training. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to book!

My husband and I did our CBTs in August via Leigh and Mitchell, both were brilliant. Myself being new to biking and handling a motorbike lacked confidence, they were both patient and helped me build confidence. We have both progressed to completing a DAS Course and have now passed Mod 1 & 2. The instructors Jason and Pete were excellent with their advice and guidance. I couldn’t recommend Phoenix Chippenham enough and if I had to do it all again I would go to them. Will look at advanced motorcycle training with them in the future for sure.
