Emailed to book an appointment, appointment confirmed just needed phone number which I did. Called to make adjustments to appointment to be told the appointment has gone and now fully booked! Glad this isn't my usual hairdressers. Didn't even email to say appointment has since gone after I booked it in.
I came to this salon for a haircut, I showed a photo of what haircut I want, and indicated the desired length of hair. However, the hairdresser didn't do exactly what I asked for. And she said that everything is ready. I said that this is not what I wanted and the length of the hair remained the same. Then the parkmacher wetted my hair, and with thinning scissors she scraped strands of my hair. And sent to the exit with a wet head.
First visit yesterday, absolutely the best salon in the area. At last I've found the one that I will keep coming back to. Lovely place and staff. A big thank you to Paige for saving my hair from the fried mess it was, she's very kind and knowledgeable and went through everything with me. You're brilliant!!
Fabulous! Friendly, professional and attentive. Lovely morning having my long hair highlighted, cut and blow dried. Great staff and a great atmosphere.
Really friendly staff. Brian really listens to what you want to do with your hair. If you haven't been there before, zip would recommend you try them

Very good hairdressers friendly and very courteous. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Have been getting my hair done here for years. Have mainly seen Brian or Emma- both have always cut my hair well which isnt always easy with curly hair.
