Like a lot of walk-in barbers/hairdressers in Chippenham, it all depends on who cuts your hair. Overall Headways is pretty consistant.

I love this hairdressers/barbers,the ladies who usually y do my hair make me feel welcome and my family.Other barbers in the town I've not enjoyed not relaxed ,keep up the great work Debbie and your team

I strongly suggest that if you want a great haircut and friendly service at a very reasonable price you must go to Headway’s. Hairdressers make me nervous...my hair is thinning and 1 wrong snip and the whole world is going to notice my terrible secret 😂 but the girl is saw today (I’m ashamed to say I don’t remember her name, I think she is Polish) put me at ease almost instantly. Most hairdressers ask the same old questions with the same uninterested tone of voice...not my girl, we had genuine banter while she painstakingly took care of my hair, very precisely, very skilfully, very sympathetically....I’m very happy, THANK YOU...I wish I could have heard your confession though 😏😉
