Absolutely amazing team in the chippwnham branch. The attention to detail and customer care is outstanding. This morning Gary demonstrated excellent senior leadership and support to a trainee, whilst ensuring the client was comfortable and 100% happy with the service provided. My son won't go anywhere else but more importantly he is happy to let any of the stylists cut his hair. This speaks volume, well done team, credit when credit is due.
This place is amazing. They cut my one year old and a 4 years old hair. Both look great! It isn't easy cutting a one year old hair but the lady who did it, did it very nicely. Very very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Even my 4 years old said he loves it.Service: Kids' cuts
Terrible haircut - I had to go to another barber’s straight after to get my hair sorted out. Absolutely awful
I do think it depends on who you get but the hairdresser that cut my son's hair was absolutely diabolical. We were quite clear as to what the haircut needed to be and how much to take off. But she ended up only taking a few cms off, with the hair still in his eyes, uneven and it genuinely looks like a bowl cut when finished. He's five and even he hates his hair. We weren't asked if the length was ok during the cut and instead of asking how it was afterwards. We were hurried off ready for the next customer and given an excuse as to why she couldn't cut it shorter. It will need a other cut in a couple of weeks and we definitely won't be returning here.
Very welcoming, nice and relaxing venue. Cheap haircut adult £12. Great service as well. Always feel welcome!
Onyl came here because LA Barber has recently closed and LA Barber had closed i was having to find a new place to get my haircut, i have struggled to find another place to cut my hair as havent been anywhere else. Reviews of this place seemed positive and while im sure it is, my experience wasnt it. I came a few years ago and it wasnt too bad but this time it wasnt great at all. Personally never want to go again, woman that did my hair hummed and danced to the radio and hardly talked to me at all and overall seemed very rushed, I said I needed it off the collar and ears and just a general tidy up, she didn't ask or check how short just went and straight up did it, while It was only a light amount I had long side burns that went down to my jaw bone which she got an electirc shaver and she got rid my sides without asking, which i found annoying to say the least ive now had to shave entirely so it doesnt look awful. Only positive was the fact i was charged £10 instead of £12 cause neither I or they had the change.Service: Hairstyling
Really friendly staff my son enjoyed getting his hair cut only wants to go there from now on
My partner has had his hair cut here a few times now, each time the barber different person and each time has taken off his sideburns after specifically saying not to chop them off! Apparently it’s a race to the finish and they like to push one style of hair cut which is shaved up the back- So if you’re looking for just a nice scissor cut probably best to look elsewhere.
Good value haircut. Staff very welcoming, all good at what they do, can see no reason not to continue going here! Gary is a keen football fan Liverpool & enjoys a good football chat!
Always a great haircut and a great chat. Enjoy my visits and thoroughly recommend!
